Hall Rental Agreement
Rental Fees: Friday though Sunday $800.00 plus $500.00 deposit
Monday through Thursday $400.00 plus $300.00 deposit
Funeral $200.00 No deposit required
Bar Area $250.00 plus $250.00 deposit
Public Address System $25.00
Beer Tap(s) $25.00 each
Deposits: Deposit(s) must be paid upon reservation of the facilities. Deposit(s) shall be refunded after post inspection of the premises have been made and it is determined there are no damages and the key has been returned.
Rent is due and payable 30 days prior to rental date. Inspections of rental facilities before and after rental date will be made by the Owner and Owner's Agent and the Renter.

Main Meeting and Dining/Dance Floor Area: Meeting and Dancing: 351 Dining: 164
Small Bar Room Area: Meeting and Dancing: 162 Dining: 75
Owners Right Of Refusal: Owner has the right to refuse rental to anyone; personal and/or business entities.
